CCP 5 Long-Life Luxembourg Holding S.àr.l. (CCP 5 LL) invests in a diversified, actively managed portfolio of institutional quality real estate assets across Europe, with the objective of providing investors with an attractive risk-adjusted total return with substantial current income.
It is primarily targeting the four major property types and is focusing substantially on acquiring existing assets in Western and Central Europe with a single correctable impairment and using active asset management to reposition them through re?leasing, recapitalisation, restructuring, refurbishment into core, stabilised assets.
The properties are managed via SPVs from Luxembourg with a dedicated team of legal, finance and real estate professionals and with the help of local partners and service providers.
